Prodigi Printers take care of printing, production and shipping of all orders. Prodigi is based in the UK with offices in Alton and Harrogate. They also have production facilities in the UK, the US and the Netherlands where they manufacture their own products.

They have global fulfilment coverage with partner labs located across the world including mainland Europe, USA, Canada, India, Australia and South Korea as well as many additional locations.

A limited range of products are available for shipping within South Africa. The benefit of this is reduced shipping costs. Products available for shipping from Cape Town are:

Shipping within South Africa is a flat rate of R100

There is a minimum order of R150

Our fulfilment partner, Prodigi, is domiciled in the UK.

Prodigi adheres to the Consumer Contracts Regulations which came into force in the UK on 13 June 2014.

These regulations outline the various rights consumers have when it comes to cancelling orders which aren’t required. Tailor-made products are exempted from these regulations. All the items on this website are print on demand and are therefore tailor made.

This means you can cancel and receive a full refund for orders before they are in production. Once in production you will be charged for the product costs.

Items that are incorrect or which arrive damaged are eligible for a refund subject to investigation. You will be required to submit a query about the problem. You may be asked to provide photographs. Use the button below to send a message.
