You can request a refund for items that are incorrect or which arrive damaged. You will need to submit a query about the issue. You may be asked to provide photographs. Use the form on the Contact page for your initial query.

Because all products are made to order, cancellations for any other reason are not eligible for a refund once production has begun.

All products are custom made to order. Production times vary, depending on the product. The vast majority of products are manufactured within 48 hours, but some products can take up to 7 working days to produce.
